AeroFlex independent bubble insulation material

The characteristics of the dual surface skin and independent bubbles ensure a stable thermal conductivity (K value) during use! Installation is easy, and it has excellent UV resistance and weather resistance.

AeroFlex insulation tubes and sheets are made from a lightweight, flexible special elastomer with an independent bubble structure, developed for cold and hot water pipes. They are highly effective in preventing heat dissipation in indoor and outdoor hot water piping systems in hospitals, hotels, apartments, and factories. Additionally, they are the most suitable material for outdoor pipelines, such as solar hot water systems. 【Types】 ○ Insulation Tubes → Can be easily attached to pipes. → When used on piped pipelines, cut the tube vertically and clamp it onto the pipe. ○ Sheets → Can be used for various purposes, such as lining large pipes, tanks, refrigeration units, ducts, and air conditioning systems. ○ Sheet Rolls → Long sheets with a thickness of 3 to 50 mm, designed as insulation material for long pipes and air conditioning systems, minimizing seams and waste.
